Requirements for Admission:

Grade 1 (First)

• Birth certificate original for child

• 4 passport photos

• Testimonial from pre-primary school or certificate

• National ID card of both parents

• Utility Bill (e.g. CEB or CWA bills as proof of address)

 

Grade 2 to 6

• Birth certificate original for child

• 4 passport photos

• Report book from previous school

• National ID card both parents

• Utility Bill (e.g. CEB or CWA bills as proof of address)

 

Note: For admission in grades 2 to 6 the student must attend an Entry Exam to be held in the month of December to evaluate his / her level

 

 

Grade 7 (Form 1)

• Birth certificate original for child

• 4 passport photos

• Results PSAC (original)

• National ID card of both parents

• Utility Bill (e.g. CEB or CWA bills as proof of address)

 

Grade 8 to 13 (Form 2 to 6)

• Birth certificate original for child

• 4 passport photos

• Results PSAC original

• National ID card of both parents

• Utility Bill (e.g. CEB or CWA bills as proof of address)

• Transfer certificate original from previous school

• Report from previous school

 

Lower 6 (Grade 12):

• Birth certificate original for child

• 4 passport photos

• Results PSAC original

• National ID card of both parents

• Utility Bill (e.g. CEB or CWA bills as proof of address)

• Transfer certificate (original) from previous school

• Statement of result (original) from previous school
